The hotel is very well located and the staff were very nice. Allowed me to leave my bags before and after check in. The room was alright, but it was freezing the entire night and nothing I did to the thermostat would change it. I also couldn’t get the shower to heat up, but didn’t have time to ask someone to fix it.

Room was very comfortable with beautiful views of the castle. Amenities were nice and the hotel was in walking distance of everything we needed. Only issue was the drain on the shower kept clogging so we just needed extra towels bc the floor would get very wet.
