I've stayed at this property many times throughout the years, even before it was the Delphi. And I must say that the new owners have really stepped things up! The pool and rooftop are one of the best venues in all of downtown L.A., in my opinion. The rooms are great! And the staff is friendly and helpful. And it is reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend!

Staff was nice, underground parking was strange, unclear, and a bit of a hassle when you arrive. The lobby is nice. The diner for dinner didn't have any legitimate options for dinner. The room was a decent size, restroom was okay, the glass walls in the shower were cool, but the TV set up in the room was very awkward. It could have been positioned better, but it was just on a stand. The room seemed a bit, bland. A decent hotel that I would consider staying at again if the price was right.
