Buffet was very good and items changed over from time to time so good selection. We had a ground floor garden view room. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked extremely well and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Bar fridge cold, stocked with beer, pop and water. Refilled daily if needed. This was my first time to a Palace Resort and I was impressed with the overall service and quality.

Staff 100% professional and friendly Hotel/ resort incredible Food was amazing!! Loved the complementary red wine and champagne. We went over valentines day and everyone was passing out balloons and flowers! We loved the nightly entertainment especially the fire show and the glo up show! Will visit again
