Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friend and extremely helpful. They made a reservation for us to take a car to O'Hare at 5 a.m. on the day we were leaving. They were very patient and helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay near the Magnificent Mile as the hotel was right around the corner.

I booked this facility bcos the beds were king size. Little did I realize that the beds took up all the space in the little rooms. Be mindful of the room space, if you need space this is not the place for you. Location was excellent. 2 blocks from Michigan ave and all the food amenities you can ask for. I would come here again but it would just be a few people (2) to a room.

We had a wonderful two day stay at Hotel St Clair. The room was clean and the bathroom provided complimentary shampoo/conditioner. The staff were friendly and allowed for us to check out an hour later than usual. It was our second time staying at this hotel and we will definitely return when we visit Chicago again. My only recommendation to the property would be to add a water dispenser in the lobby for guests, so we do not have to go to the gym.

We like this hotel. It's easy to find, and everything is in walking distance on the Magnificant Mile. We got there early and the staff let us check in. It gave us a chance to freshen up a bit before we went out for the afternoon. Room was clean and the bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled. We will look at this location for our next visit as well.
