The rooms were clean but our air conditioning unit smelt like mildew. It also didn’t look very clean. The staff were helpful. The beds were doable but could be more comfortable. The pool was small and no lifeguard is provided. Lastly, the breakfast is very minimal. No breakfast meats provided but oatmeal packs, scrambled eggs, cereal, and waffles. The waffle maker did not cook the waffle all the way so use extra time if you need it. Overall, it was okay. Not sure if I’d stay again.

Close to Dollywood, check in was easy. Room was clean but had a funky smell - almost like someone had pets in there - not the end of the world and we may not have noticed but it was pretty hot and humid when we arrived and the a/c was off so the room was quite hot. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels and bathroom were all clean and nice. Continental breakfast was a little lacking - scrambled eggs, toast, waffles and cereal and a very small eating space. Didn’t have time to swim but the pool looked decent.

Our room was completely hot upon arrival. The air conditioner wasn’t even running and it was 100 degrees out. Also we have two kids who couldn’t watch but two cartoon channels on the tv and they didn’t like what was on. Would make it easier if you were allowed to watch different Roku apps. Other than that staff was helpful and it was rather clean.

Check in was easy. Room was dirty, musty smelling, carpets were nasty, and many of the lamps, electrical outlets, and other room features were in poor condition. Also, the other hotel occupants were of shady character. Definitely not a family hotel! More like a 4 hour stop over for a street pickup. This is a solid two star hotel! Whoever is giving this place more then two stars is completely out of their minds, lying, or use to living in a shack!!!
