The staff was excellent: warm, friendly, responsive, in-person and online! Loved my room and seaside view. Especially loved the quiet rooftop lounge, which is one of the more beautiful quiet spaces I’ve experienced traveling. Only little criticism is to have a little more breakfast buffet variety during the week. Otherwise, I lived my stay!

The room and staff here were amazing. The breakfasts were amazing. My wife’s favorite was the chia pudding and I really like the French toast. Kids liked the pancakes and omelette. For how nice this place was we were surprised it wasn’t busier. Would definitely stay here again. Pool and swim up bar were nice. Walking distance to beach was fast. And they had surfboards to use at the beach.

The staff are friendly. Our room had a balcony with a view.
The negative is that we had to wait almost 2 hours to check in by the noisy pool bar on a Friday! Plus, you have to walk up many stairs to get there. They need a golf cart to get people from the reception at the gate to the rooms or pool area. A palapa where people could wait at checkin would be nice! Better security for luggage is needed.

Maravida was great! Ocean view, super close the the beach. Beautiful pool and excellent breakfast. It was off season so there was more construction, but still worth it.
