Towels were huge and fluffy, soaps were great-smelling. The room was quiet and roomy with a great shower. There were some dings on some walls that could use a spot of paint. The lock on the bathroom door could be updated too. I only notice these things because I’m the wife of a landlord.

We had an email 2 days before arrival to say there would be work happening which we did address on arrival and were told it would not start till the Monday only to be woken early this am Friday 27th March with someone shouting to close windows to prevent dust going in rooms!! We had a patio room so very spacious and all you need is on hand coffee machine biscuits, toiletries and lovely and clean only downside when it says double room the bed is that, a double, we are so used to having two singles joined in previous hotels that the bed was too small and short for us being 6ft tall.
Breakfast was freshly made to order and lots of choice from continental but was pricey at £20 each.

The breakfast hits the spot to start the day. Rooms are spacious, clean and plenty of tea and coffee which is restocked on a 2 night stay.
Minor thing, I hate the parking charge!!
