Our stay was great and comfortable. At first sight we were a little concerned looking at the outside of the property that the rooms would not be suitable for us, but the rooms were great. I think with a little effort of the appeal of the outside would go a long way. please give it a chance because our stay was great. The location was wonderful to be able to enjoy downtown Gatlinburg.

Check In Was A Little Different. They Cancelled my Reservation, Cause I didnt Check in Before 5: oo PM, Thought Booking with Credit Card Holds Room. Besides That Our Stay Was Alright. Loved The Creek and Sounds of the Water Flowing and Our Brar Friend Every night. The Parkway Was a Block U The Road So Getting Around Was Easy.

Traveled for day/night trip! Short time spent but overall it was good for the price! Things I would keep in mind the river view isn’t best from some of the “river view” rooms because tree blocking most of the view in the 5th floor for us! The door going out the balcony only has a deadbolt lock so with children keep in mind no high lock! Breakfast was good no! It was quite for most part and clean inside and outside. Not someone at front desk always that can be alittle bit of a inconvenience but friendly when available

The hotel is located at the top of Gatlinburg one block from the National Park on Ski Mountain road. The balcony overlooks the creek. Very quiet, polite staff. Very helpful and a bear that visits every night around dusk.
