Price was too high. Not many amenities, Our bathroom was lacking many of the things you would expect such as lotion? Hand soap? We had to pay for parking and was not told that prior to arriving. We had just stayed in another hotel in Custer and they had plenty of extras, Including a beautiful breakfast and the cost of this nice hotel was far less and better.

Cons: - Thin walls - Adjoining rooms are loud - did not sleep well. - Moved to another room that had mold in the bathroom and still loud. - $9 parking/ day. - You’ll hear loud rushing water in the pipes above your bed. - A bit far from most of the attractions. Third room was great - closer to the elevator/ no adjoining room. Exceptional staff all around. The property itself needs work.
