The Heaven Hotel was such a gem of a find. We chose it because of its close proximity to Ocean Riviera Paradise, where our family were staying. We rented a car and could pick up our family in 2 minutes, it was only 10-20 minutes maximum to the shopping and dining of Playa del Carmen. The hotel was nice and clean and new. The “room” was perfect, 2 beds, 2 baths and a small kitchen. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. There is a plaza right across the street with food choices. There is a pharmacy in the building. It was absolutely perfect. Only 1 complaint I have is the size of the water heater. It was hard to have a completely warm shower. It wouldn’t keep me from coming back though.

This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. Our 2 bed, 2 bath suite had a sizeable kitchen, living and insuite laundry. Split AC units in rooms and loving, smart TV (allows you to connect to your Nerflix account). Very clean and staff was helpful and nice. Beach is 5 min by car.
