Previous multiple visits have been superior in all respects. This most recent stay was diminished due to a hair and debris clog in the bathroom sink. However, staff did respond to my complaint immediately. All other hotel features remained superior, which included front desk staff and especially Stacy Ann in the restaurant. I also commended the restaurant manager for the hospitality, excellent menu, and food. The hotel has consistently served as a home away from home during our business trips to Cheyenne. We look forward to our next business trip in two weeks.

The check in was fast and the front desk person was nice.
The room is remodeled from last time I was here and is so much nicer! Nice, clean furniture, laminate flooring, and a nice new bathroom! I also like the makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. Only reason not 5 stars is the breakfast is $10, wish there was a coupon or a discount for staying guests.
