Our stay overall was lovely albeit at the start we had no wifi, couldnt get tv channels and had to move rooms late at night due to water dripping through the ceiling.
We rang to reception at each time and staff were fab! Especially Lisa, she went above and beyond! Lovely hotel

The Milner is a lovely hotel. Unlike many hotels in York that I’ve stayed in, the Milner was worth the price. Great room with views of the walls and the Minster, friendly staff, clean, welcoming and an excellent breakfast. Recommended. We’ll be back.

Really quiet room considering next to train station. Tne hotel is phenomenal and really nice. Front desk were extremely helpful as were bar staff. Well worth the stay, even if in the Annex. Negatives were bed was slightly uncomfortable and you don’t get all tv channels but otherwise, really good hotel.
