We love it here, great price for the rooms, nice and big, beds are comfortable, arcade is so fun for the kids, Dicks Restaurant is so much fun! The pool is great! The only down side I would say is that the food selections could be better, and the buffet could be more affordable as there are so many families that are there as well. This is a complete self service property- no parking valet, no front desk, no assistance, no luggage porters or bellmen - Honestly the lack of service was really disappointing. I think Excalibur is an affordable place to stay in a good location- and it’s perfect if you’re not looking for hospitality and service.

Very unpleasant self-serve check-in process. Dropping bags and parking was confusing and laborious. Definitely not for folks with mobility issues. There was no coffee in the room, nor was any complimentary coffee available. Needed to go down 15 levels to buy it at Starbucks in a smoky lobby. The bed was very comfortable and room space was good.
