Bathroom very cramped, could have been a little bigger as entry way to the room was bigger than bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room felt overpriced for what it was as we stayed in nicer bigger hotels for similar price in central Tokyo.

My partner and I stayed here for our dream vacation. Perfect hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfy and clean, food was delicious and fresh. I even asked to buy an umbrella during a rainy night and the staff simply said I could borrow it. The laundry being available 24/7 was also so useful. I'd love to stay here again.

Great hotel in the perfect location to access the interesting bits of Tokyo. I really like the oleer Ueno/Yanaka/Asakusa Tokyo neighbourhoods and this hotel is right in the middle of that. It's perfect. Great food options close by and the hotel was immaculate. I'd highly recommend.
