The staff was upbeat and professional. I received an email 1-2 days prior to check in to welcome us plus other information. Upon arrival, the room was exactly how it is displayed online. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast area staff was professional and patient. The area was inviting and relaxing. The outside of property and pool area was clean and very accommodating. We were walking distance from restaurants and stores. Overall our stay was home away from home. 10/10 highly recommend.

Amazing staff & polite Rooms are updated but like a quick update. Carpets were dirty but what do you expect in any hotel with carpets. The hardwood was soapy feeling to walk on which was gross & the bathroom door needs to be redone. It’s hard to get in and out. but for the price & convenience to the Disney parks it’s a win
