Getting there from MSP Terminal 1 was easy, follow the signs in the airport to the shuttle platform. Here you have to use the web site trackmyshuttle.com, id number 1321 to order the shuttle, that worked fine, the shuttle came and dropped me off at the hotel. Checkin was flawless, everything was OK and I was asked for a preference of floor, I asked for a quiet room, very good. And I asked to be put on the shuttle the next day, it leaves at the top of the hour each morning. The room was a bit run down, the AC control was damaged and very old, the shower had some loose parts, but nothing serious. I had a second stay at this hotel two days later, that room (seemingly identical) was in much better order, the AC was modern, the shower was just fine, so I guess there is some variation after all. The breakfast is the standard one with scrambled eggs, patties, bagels, waffles etc - adequate. The breakfast room is not very cozy, next to the swimming pool, no windows etc. All in all a hotel perfectly adequate for a stay in connection with air travel, the rooms are OK, shuttle service very good and breakfast OK.
