The room was in decent condition smaller than the pictures make you believe got there a couple of hours early and asked about early check in and was told it’s a 100 dollar fee room had some flaws but very minor that it didn’t bother us

Staff not overly friendly. The location is actually a quite rough area, with loads of homeless people, and literally all shops and eateries closing by 8 to 9 pm. Very unusual for an alleged 4 star hotel to charge for a couple of hours of luggage storage after checking out. This hotel was a big disappointment.
