I've stayed at Hotel Edison many times and have never been disappointed. The location is perfect. Two amazing restaurants onsite. Close to Broadway shows and tourist sites. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. And if you're a woman traveling alone and wanting extra security, everyone must 1) show a room key to access the elevators, and 2) use your card in the elevator to access your floor. The mini-suite I stayed in this stay was awesome!

We preferred the sit-down discounted breakfast, which had a good variety of items that were delicious at either restaurant. Every single member of the staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Our rooms were roomy & quiet (the suite was very large). There was absolutely nothing to complain about!! The lobby is beautiful & the decor very nice. The location, of course, is ideal for theatres & restaurants, yet it was so much quieter down our street. You could exit onto either 46th or 47th street, another convenience We will stay here again!.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Edison and will surely be back. Our bellsman Bobby was everything New York. Such a sweet man and funny!!! Our housekeeper was Marvyson. I will.go find her card and make sure to update in case I spelled it wrong bc I would love for her to be recognized. She was such a sweet heart with such a beautiful smile! The bag check guys were awesome as well. I didn't get their names but we will surely be back! This was my first time in NYC and it was wonderful!! This hotel was in the perfect location and thank you for the breakfast at Carve.
