The elevators need to be serviced. The smell of smoke was constant. other guests did not seem to care that it was 3AM and were loud and annoying. The walls were quite thin. The staff was polite and helpful.

The staff was very nice. The room wasn’t terrible but the wallpaper was falling off the wall and the AC wasn’t working very well. There were signs everywhere to have no parties but people definitely were and it was so loud all night.

Lots of things were broke in the room. Towels were dirty, bathroom tissues had mold on them and everything was dirty! Workers were rude and hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. We had to get our room keys reactivated 3 times for a two night stay
