Think twice!

No housekeeping services for an entire 6 night stay, room door was extremely difficulty to open, overall cleaniness was subpar, room flooe had hole and indintation that were a trip hazard. Additionally, breakfast food items/options were horrible tasting, and no real attention to detail overall. Very dispointing stay to say the least.

My stay was ok, the night agent from NYC had great customer service. My only complaint was the room could use some updating instead of painting over. As someone who works for a hotel chain it’s certain things I look for in a room. How often it’s updated is important to me.
