The rooms were clean and spacious. A little pricey giving the fact that you had to pay for daily parking, but overall a nice property with lots of amenities.

Check in was very quick and simple and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The property is massive and gorgeous, a lot of work must go into maintaining it and there is a ton to do on property. We only stayed so we only got to see a small part of it. We ordered room service and everything we had was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families to stay! Facility was clean and nice. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for six of us. We wish we could have stayed longer and taken advantage of all of the activities on site. There were beautiful pools, games, and we did stop by the arcade for a bit. There is a 24hr Walgreens very close, as well as ChickFilA and McDonalds. There is another desk in the welcome center specifically to help you purchase passes to the parks around the area. We chose Universal and had a fun time there.

The room was immaculate with clean, comfortable furnishings. The jetted tub and shower were great with excellent water pressure and abundant hot water for long showers. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with most things you would need to cook a basic meal.
