Absolutely do not recommend this hotel, it's full of street people walking around all times of the day and night, some even knocking on doors an running away. Very unsafe environment and insecure place, no staffing after 8pm.

My room inside was clean. Outside of hotel was sketchy but no one bothered others. Most people staying there or living there mind their own business. I checked in around 6:30 pm but if you plan on checking in later than that, FRONT desk may not be there. Other reviews have stated that, and it’s true. The property outside was sketchy but - Kissimmee in general is sketchy tbh. Air conditioner worked, TV worked, waterin tube worked, tube was clean Shower curtain clean. Sink clean.

Stayed here for a cheer competition. Room was clean. Only issue was no one told the front desk I had called and asked for a first floor room as I am wheelchair bound so I did have to get assisted up and down the stairs by my family but if you need a place to sleep near silver spurs arena it was decent

It has new tvs which hardly any hotels have so I can watch Netflix and it’s very clean and new and just amazing experience.

Homeless people be around the hotel. Floor carpet was dirty. One of the Queen sized beds had no mattress. Two people who were with mother had plans on booking a room but after walking through the hotel they decided not to. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the price.

We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect for sleep and relaxing . The people at the front desk were friendly and super clean. We will definitely stay here again , very beatiful.

The property had a lot of what looks like water damage in the room and damaged walls. Beds are as cheap as you can get but it’s a room for a price and that’s it. The staff was nice. If you are on a strict budget it works other wise you may want to find somewhere else.
