Enjoyed our stay. The decorations in the lobby and courtyard were amazing. Staff in restaurant was exceptional and very attentive. A little cumbersome that the main elevators were not working. Rooms need a bit of talc but were large and beds comfortable. Overall would recommend our stay. Very nice to have a shuttle to the parks.

Beautifully themed hotel with large rooms and very helpful staff. The free shuttle service was great and very regular both to and from the parks. It was also only a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Disney. Pool area was lovely. We didn’t use the restaurant but the menu looked good and reasonably priced.

I enjoyed staying at the Majestic Garden Hotel. It is very beautiful on the outside but the rooms are outdated. I loved that there are shuttles to the parks because it saves money on the parking! Shuttles were the best part. I just wish the rooms had more lighting, they need an upgrade. But this was my second stay and I would return!

staff was absolutely friendly, helpful, and approachable. my issue was the room where the refrigerator was stuffed with towels and open, the drain in the bathroom clogged, and almost like the room itself needed an upgrade. cute themes and accessible food, necessities, and dining. the shuttle to disneyland was amazing!! overall, great stay, but i want more out of my room near disneyland than the quality of a holiday inn from 2005.

We have been staying at the Majestic for the past 10 years or so . Reasonable rates, ample room size, great pool and multiple restaurants on property as well as a great little shop for gifts and forgotten toiletries as well as fun seasonal decor and fairly quick elevators . Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay before Disneyland and we love the shuttle, it makes things so much easier when heading to or from the park. Definitely recommend !

Staff was amazing and enjoyed the shuttle service to Disneyland. My only complaint was how hot the rooms were and the AC smelled like mold. It affected my allergies really bad. If you suffer from seasonal allergies I would recommend not staying here. The rooms are in desperate need of renovations.
