I love the look and smell of clean, and of course, actual cleanliness and this hotel delivered! The breakfast, especially the omelets, was delicious with a lot of variety. My only big complaint was my non-working ice machine, which having a lounge on your floor DEFINITELY helps, and the free snacks and beverages, all pluses in my book. A special shout out to Soren, who even after my stay, continued to provide exemplary customer service! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was really an excellent stay... we had originally chosen this property because we heard about the great location, wonderful breakfast in the pool,/hot tub area. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay- but honestly, the great shower in the room almost made up for it. We will definitely return anytime. We are staying overnight in the Grand Rapids area.. staff was wonderful in the restaurants and in the hotel.
