"We spent five days at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience overall. I really appreciated the design and layout of the space. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only downside was some morning noise due to ongoing renovations. Other than that, I have no complaints."

"Great hotel to stay at when overnighting at Amsterdam Airport. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable, the gym was well equipped and the food (dinner & breakfast) was tasty with lots of choice. Oh, and the gym was well equipped with a great view of the airport. Most importantly you couldn’t hear anything noise from the airport. "

"I could not fault this hotel, the location was excellent, room was lovely and clean, we were given a free room upgrade, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable so got a good nights sleep. We landed early in Amsterdam, we went straight to the hotel with the intention of leaving our cases but the room was actually ready so we were able to check in several hours early, we were also able to get a late check out as my boyfriend needed a quiet area to do a job interview on teams! The staff were all friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating, they had also provided us with sweets in the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. This is possibly the best hotel stay I’ve had and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"The hotel is 5 minute walk to the train which gets you to the Amsterdam Centraal station in 6 minutes. The hotel and rooms are modern with comfortable beds, although they are not very spacious. We opted for the buffet breakfast which was excellent. The staff was very nice and courteous. We would stay there again."

"The Grand Hotel Amrâth is an incredible historic hotel. It is very centrally located near Central train station. My room on the 3rd floor had high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the canal. Absolutely gorgeous! They have many original museum pieces from when they were a shipping house in the early 1900’s. I truly enjoyed my stay. I would say my only complaint would be that they did not have a ramp to bring luggage up the front stairs. The bellman does help if he is waiting in front but if not, pretty challenging. Have some great videos of my room but unfortunately won’t upload on the site "

"A great hotel for a short break within easy walking distance of museums, cafe's, shops and restaurants, as well as parks, canals and transportation. Very ‘cosy’ rooms (small) with comfortable beds and decent clean amenities including a fridge, hairdryer, safe, tv and kettle. Nice view over the courtyard outside seating area. We didn’t eat there, but had a few drinks in the bar which was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"I stayed in Clayton Hotel, the exterior of the building is historic, but the inside is very modern and maintained well. I took one star off on service as the staffs at the buffet restaurant are kind of impatient, I waited 45 minutes for my omelette, after all. Think they are understaffed at the restaurant. One waitress was screaming at another one publicly when they got busy. Anyway, it’s a great stay after all"
