While that sounds funny, if you have ever been to a resort that doesn’t control their towel inventory…it looks chaotic and dirty. Not here! "This was truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional - every single staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. They were especially kind to my son, greeting him with a high five each day and making him feel so special, which meant a lot to us. Our room was beautiful - spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with one of the best beds I’ve slept in. The food throughout our stay was outstanding. My only regret is not choosing the half-board option - I definitely will next time. We came on this trip to relax and unwind, and this hotel was perfect for that. It offered everything we needed - stunning pools, a peaceful private beach, excellent restaurants, a lovely playground, and a kids club. But above all, it’s the staff that truly set this place apart. The level of service we received was second to none and left a lasting impression. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, and we’re already planning our return visit!"

The proximity to ferry service, boat excursions, and food options was terrific. When the hotel says 'breakfast included', they mean a full spread buffet plus the option to custom order egg preparations...and it is all good! Our harbor view was so nice, that I use an image of it as my computer's background screen. "

"We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we got in early, they kindly stored our luggage and let us check in a bit ahead of time. The indoor pool and cozy living room were highlights—offering free coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine, and canapés throughout the day, plus a great co-working space. Breakfast was decent, but the lunch menu and cocktail happy hour really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!"

"A stunning hotel in the centre of Valletta. The staff were so wonderful and inviting from the moment I arrived. I was fortunate as arrived at 11am and my room was ready. The rooms, hotel facilities including swimming pool were perfect. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Location is also perfect and Valletta is walkable - it was just a short taxi ride to other locations in the south of the island. Plenty of food and drink options a short way from the hotel"

"The hotel was very good. The breakfast is excelent. The cleanliness was at a top level. But at the street was dirty and public transport is awful. "

"Indoor pool is very cute, outdoor pool is small but beach is very close and reception is helpful. Cleaners do a great job! Stayed in a deluxe king room and the bed was super comfy with a pretty balcony. Marketed as a 4 star hotel and I most commonly stay at 5 star but this was on par with them. "

"This hotel really was grand. Its location was within walking distance to Valletta and public transport. Plenty of room to park your hire car if needed. The complex was massive with a beautiful pool and other amenities. The staff were so lovely and very approachable. I would recommend this gorgeous hotel to any one planning a stay in Malta. "

"Poolside and reception staff are superb especially the staff at the slides who were brilliant and encouraging with children. Exterior and public areas are immaculate. Room floors less so. Had a few odd exchanges with catering staff and one at Luzzo restaurant was pretty offhand. "

Thea from reception when above and beyond to call my car hire company for me, Sai Krishner (sorry if not spelt correctly!) even wrote the recipe for me to recreate one of his amazing dips from the club lounge. Thank you to all the Hyatt staff you were all brilliant! Rooms were lovely, sleek and modern, pool area was great to chill around. They can't do enough for you."

"We were upgraded to a superior room and enjoyed our stay. Excellent view from the hotel and our private balcony. The pool area has been upgraded since last year- much larger pool and area to sit and relax. A good breakfast - hot and cold items. Good options at the bar area with an outside area to sit. Parking underneath the hotel. Two levels. Quite difficult garage. Good WiFi and TV with some English channels. Bathroom with a lovely bath. A lovely place to spend a few days."
