"The hotel was very convenient to find off of the highway. The parking was excellent and we were able to drive downtown directly from the hotel. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was awesome."

Alessia, the Front Desk checked us in prompt and professionally, and also made an incredible Recommendation to visit Sirolo and some restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also a wonderful. They make eggs on Order, and all you can eat all you can drink. Bathroom was large, modern remodeled rooms while small are extremely functional comfortable and air conditioning is cold. TV is smart as as the rest of this property. Easy safe parking. Very well located. Especially if driving up from Puglia & Marche up towards Venice. Excellent overnight. Stay, incredible value for money and beautiful interior. Design details. Make this property. A true winner, especially combined with the fact that all the Staff speaks English."

"This place was an absolute gem. No crowds, private beach access, large rooms, and tons of amenities. The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke English. Highly recommend for those looking to avoid the crowds. "
"Love this place! This was not my first time at this hotel and you simply cannot beat the view and terrazza and the food at this little gem. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around us setting up tables. They could definitely improve on that. It certainly will not stop me from going there again and again. They are very pleasant and helpful. It must be noted, however, that if you require an elevator, be sure your room is on a floor with the elevator. Not all rooms are."

"Super lovely property, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast In the lobby was good. We had a nice large balcony. Super easy walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Lots of places closed on Sunday evenings but a 20 minute walk we found some places.
Housekeeping was kind and did a great job, they brought us a clothes dryer when they saw us drying clothes in the bathroom.
Free parking onsite.
Only complaint is the double bed was two singles pushed together, comfortable as long as you didn’t get stuck in the crack in the middle. "

We were 2 minutes away from the main square with plenty of restaurants to choose from (although many were starting to close for holiday by mid-October). The beach is also easily accessible by foot, about 15 minutes mainly by stairs."

"Amazingly preserved hotel at the top of the mountain. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant was some of the best food we had in Italy. Many of the local restaurants and hotels had closed for the season but this hotel is a rare gem. There is a tennis court and a pool and plenty of hiking trails right from the property. Spa was nice as well."
