"Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, perfect location right next to streets with shopping/restaurants/nightlife. No front desk but staff was quickly responsive via Whatsapp for any needs. Only other thing to note is that it's stairs only and down a cobblestone street too narrow for cars which may be tricky for the elderly or disabled, but no problem for us. Very comfy stay!"

"A good location for exploring the large city of Palermo with its uniquely different quarters. The hotel is in a quiet district and 10-15 min walk to the central area around the cathedral and there are good dining options within 10 minutes walk. The staff were courteous and helpful and even allowed us to check into our rooms 2 hours early. Rooms were simple but clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds and pillows. There is a comfortable lounge to relax in if you are tired after a days exploration but the fitness room is small and only accommodates 2 people maximum. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the wonderful and hardworking staff."

"located in the historical district, walking distance to the nearby historical sites, mostly within 10-20 minutes. the subway station is only 2 minutes walk, which can take us to the airport easily. it is also walking distance to the university of palermo. a perfect location for me. the staff members are kind and helpful. we forgot to bring a converter for outlet. they lent theirs to us (don't count on this though, as they only have two). i really appreciate the convenience they provided to us. :) they have a fitness room with a lot of equipments, which my son used several times during our one week stay. They provide breakfast, which has a lot of options, including fruits. There is a restaurant (Osteria Pizzeria da Carlo) near the subway station, which is decent enough with relatively good price. if you don't want to walk far, you can try this restaurant (we like their mussel soup and several pasta). Overall, we enjoy our stay in camplus. highly recommend it. "
