"This a trendy well located city hotel. Rooms are not huge but large enough. Bed was on the firm side, but that's what I like. Air con welcomed. Bathroom well specced. Chilled filtered water tap on lift lobby to fill up your chilly bottle. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choice and great capacinos on request. Very trendy place. Loved it and so close for shopping area and restaurants and the castle and the cathedral are all walking distance. "

"Excellent hotel"

"This is a great hotel if you are visiting Milan. The location is great and very close to everything. We have a very large van and parked it around the block in a parking garage as per the hotels suggestion. It was great there was lots of space for our large vehicle and it was just a short walk which I think is reasonable for such a large and old city. The breakfast was amazing, lots of good options to make everyone happy. "

"Nice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down! Our balcony door wasn’t great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didn’t bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, it’s also handy to note that I believe this is student accommodation and there was some loud noise during the night but overall we had a pleasant time here and would likely stay again 🙂"

"Lovely apartment steps away from Milan Duomo, shopping, restaurants, and subway stations. Communication with apartment management was spectacular! We enjoyed the large size and open space afforded by apartment, cleanliness, quality of beds, provided linens & bath towels. Complimentary tea and espresso was a nice bonus. Highly recommend! "

"This hotel is wonderful..the room was fantastic…large, stylish..clean..Comfortable..and I can definitely recommend getting a room on the first floor with its huge private balcony. Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. Very quiet residential neighborhood…I really enjoyed it"

"Lovely grand old hotel. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure in shower. Had a nightcap in the beautiful relaxing bar. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Every member of staff we encountered were polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We were only there one night but actually plan to return in a few days for another night before we leave Italy."
