"Arriving at the ultra modern hotel we were dubious but after easily parking (free) we entered the vast entrance and we were quickly allocated our room with balcony and offered a credit for the spa.

"Absolutely amazing stay during our bikepacking trip through Italy and Slovenia. We arrived at the hotel way before the check-in started, but the staff members were super helpful and allowed us to leave our bicycles in a safe area while waiting for the room to be ready for us. This has allowed us to start exploring the town, before returning to the hotel. The room was spacious, freshly renovated, beautifully furnished and with fantastic tea/coffee facilities. We loved the huge, comfortable bed, the air conditioning was also a blessing on this hot day & night. We were apprehensive about the virtual reception, online check-in, but in the end all went well, and the receptionist with whom I spoke on the phone was super helpful and friendly.
