"Davide was really friendly with checking us in and very communicative. The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and looked like it had been renovated very recently. The area is a bit ghetto but very authentic and quiet at night. The church bells start with vigour at 08:00 which is better than an alarm. The roads are pretty narrow around the apartment but perfectly fine to navigate with Google.

"The owner was the best and so helpful. I can’t express this enough. We loved the jacuzzi and the whole set up! Location was just a block from the sea. We will definitely book again when we are there. Only thing I would change is that we would rent a car next time. He suggested that, but we were there a short time. Next time, we will! "

Very comfortable rooms, although our ‘courtyard view’ was more of a brick wall which made the room a little dark. Breakfast served on the roof terrace was delicious with lots of choice of savoury and sweet pastries, bread, cold cheese, meats and fruit. It was disappointing that the roof top Solanza and spa area was closed and we were not aware of this before our stay. "

It had a good location to downtown and to the train station (about 10 minutes each), easily accessible since my wife was pregnant at the time of visit. The city was very beautiful as well. "We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do "
