"The stay was good, rooms are clean, well ventilated and A/C system is working perfect.
The only issue - bathroom is without door, this might be an issue if you are travellimg with family.
Breakfast was the worst part of the hotel, they could and probably must offer a decent breakfast for the price they charge for rooms."

"The room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The Metro stop is about a 10-15 minute walk, depending on how fast you walk and there are plenty of shops on the main road, including mini markets, a huge supermarket and restaurants. My only complaint was that the shower soap container was empty, but that's just a minor detain and a minor oversight by the hotel. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I'd definitely stay...

"The hotel is close to the station and lots of restaurants. We arrive late night and the room service prepared food for us even though it's pass their closing time."

"If I could I would give Urban Hive - Milan 10 stars! The service was excellent. The breakfast was the best “continental” breakfast I have ever had. The location is perfect; we walked to almost all major sites and areas of town. Staff was so very helpful in every way but we especially appreciated the incredibly quick cab service when we needed one. I hope to stay here if ever in Milan again. Highly recommended. "

We enjoyed the large size and open space afforded by apartment, cleanliness, quality of beds, provided linens & bath towels. Complimentary tea and espresso was a nice bonus. Highly recommend! "

Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. Very quiet residential neighborhood…I really enjoyed it"
