"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building.
We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so.

The one thing that needs to be more honest is that there IS NO AIRPORT TRANSFER. It says there is on hotels.com but this is not true. The front desk can order you a taxi, but it's very difficult to do over the phone before you arrive. "

We had a nice balcony overlooking a very busy street but even with the hustle and bustle and traffic noise, as soon as you close that balcony door, silence...offering a peaceful night of rest in a very comfortable bed after a long journey over and day of exploring. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets."

"The property is new and has all of the amenities you need in a room for a nice stay. Spacious and very clean. Shower was clean and spacious, only thing to keep in mind is that shower is separate from the toilet and has a clear door, if you are traveling with a partner or by yourself that is no problem, otherwise one person has to leave the room for the other one to shower. I was only one person so that was not a problem. The owner was very nice and helpful and gave me information of places to visit. The taxi had a hard time finding the place, they will leave you on the main road and then you have to walk to the entrance. As anywhere in Italy it is recommended to pack lightly because the is no elevator int he building. Location was great, about a 7-10 minute to the historic center with a lot of things to see. Overall great place to stay!"
