Especially the receptionist who helped me find alternative transport when the trains were on strike, and the one who told me it was a safe area to walk in as I was travelling on my own. Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms.
Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar.
Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights.
Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road."

The hotel is beautiful and quite with an infinity pool overlooking the lake in the valley far below.
