A colonial style large residential space from the early 20th Century, it retains a certain old world charm in its architecture, layout, decor, furniture and the way the space is curated. "THE WORST experience I ever had. It was a pathetic experience from check in to check out. Pls do not overwhelm by looking at the photo. Rude staff, slippery places and no help offered even after we fell down. Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. I would classify this as SCAM considering the amount they collect and service they provide"

It has this perfect mix of heritage charm and modern comfort — from the antique touches and wooden accents to the cozy, themed rooms that each had their own vibe. It really felt like we were staying in a heritage home, but with all the modern stuff you need — smart TV, great Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, AC, everything. The whole place is super spacious, filled with natural light, and has such a peaceful, welcoming feel. It was just perfect for our family getaway. If you're looking for a stay that’s both aesthetic and comfortable, Adhyaya is a gem!"

"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided."

"Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has good space and ambiance…. We tried few veg items, there is scope for improvement there.. we tried pool as well, it was clean and ample space with chairs to sit. Liked it."

"The overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better. However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night."
