"My wife and I just returned from a trip to Bali for our 25th anniversary. This was our second hotel out of 3 which we stayed at during our week there as we traveled around the island. "First room I got water was dropping from AC then the guy changed me. There is not enough light in the room and in the washroom my wife could not see her face properly at night from the mirror as Light is not enough and one light is fused. In the washroom there is open to sky so AC can't cover ..after 9 pm there is no people for service... The care taker is stinky. First day My wife was trying to connect her phone for changing she got electric shocks ..She hurt ...anyway...I won't recommend...

The area is a good diving and snorkeling place but unfortunately like the rest of the island it is covered in plastic bags and other plastic waste which is fast making the island a unattractive place .
I have found this all over asia it is a very serious problem

The ocean here is fierce so no swimming, but you can wade and experience the magical black sand and watch all the kites. It’s quiet , peaceful, full of kind and accommodating staff, has an excellent restaurant with breakfast and tea time included in room price, a spa onsite, dinner entertainment every night (many Balinese performances!), and another pool/restaurant onsite with a chill party vibe. Everything was absolutely beautiful and all I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat. "
