"Fabulous hotel, perfect location "

"This hotel was one the best, gorgeous decor when you enter. Receptionists helpful. Room was very spacious. Bathroom clean but could do with an overhead more modern shower to go with the modern room. We couldn't get the air con working but this was fixed. Breakfast was vast - every dish you could want, fry up, cereals, pancakes, breads, cheeses, meats, yoghurts, fresh fruit. If we went to Bruges again we would stop there without any hesitation"

"Probably sixth or seventh time of staying at this hotel. Very convenient for town center with enough facilities for most stays. One problem, i always book careful to mention my mobility problems so no stairs, long walks or high floors. Unfortunately these conditions had not been met this time and, after inspecting the room initially offered, we caused problems by having to request an alternate room. Never mind, they sorted problem in the end1"

"The hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a bath and a shower in the room. The shower was very nice - the cubicle itself was a bit small but overall the room had everything you need. The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Bruges. We were able to charge the car in the underground car park of the hotel which was a big perk for us. I would say it can be a bit tricky to find the hotel. We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed ferry, and it was quite hard to find the reception and the underground car park. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay when in Bruges. We cannot fault the rooms, the location or the staff, everything was fantastic!"

"Rooms is spacious and WiFi is good. We hv booked for parking and can park our car a bit earlier than check in time. It is convenient to walk around the city. "

"The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again. "

"It is almost impossible to fault this hotel. Their breakfast is fantastic, their beds and bedding excellent. The staff is helpful and kind. I have stayed several times in this hotel and will continue to return. The only issue that can be addressed is the soundproofing. Late returns in neighbouring rooms can be heard sometimes."

"We absolutely loved the swimming pool. Really helped our 7yo daughter to have a fun time as she didn’t appreciate the views and history of Bruges so much. "

"Make sure to ask for some sort of view. Some rooms look out into a window well and at a brick wall a few feet away. Location and facilities were top notch. Breakfast buffet was great, but there are also many other great breakfast options nearby. "
