"A long established grand hotel, which although a little tired, is very well presented and room was really clean and spacious Staff were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. You felt their genuine desire that they wanted you to enjoy your stay. Food was exceptionally good, both dinner and at breakfast. With a wide range of choices it was all too easy to over-indulge. Best Sticky Toffee pud we have had. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms, the Sweeney 2 was in a perfect location, its clean, its tidy, its convenient, what else do you need. Delaynes Restaurant which is within the same building is beautiful, make sure you book though as it’s always busy "

"Loved every bit of it I never felt so much in love with the room the hotel the outside views the places around to visit and then coming back to the room to warm shower and made beds and some TV time So it was one of my best stays and get away with my husband "

"We loved our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge! The whole experience was lifted to the next level by the excellent 5 star service we received from start to finish. The gentleman running the hotel was wonderful at explaining sights in the area, booking a restaurant, and giving us some great explanations about local whiskeys and how to appreciate whiskey for first-timers. The hotel felt very premium yet still cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."

"Quiet area and comfortable stay. The place had all the necessary amenities for a night’s stay. They offer a nice lounge and provide both a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it convenient to bring and enjoy our own food. Overall, a pleasant experience! "

We used the facilities at the hotel and were very pleased with the swimming pool, gym and the outside areas. We ate in the hotel on all five nights there and were pleased with the selection on the menu’s and the costs were in line to what we have paid in the locality. "
