"I had an excellent experience here. I came to Lourdes for a pilgrimage and the staff were amazing! I would like to especially mention Jean-Jaques and Audrey. But all of the staff were exceedingly kind and gracious. It was the perfect location within walking distance to the shrine. The only minus comes from the comfort of the beds. They were not the most comfortable, but they weren’t the worst either. If I ever come back to Lourdes, I will definitely stay here. I will never forget the kindness of the staff and their gracious hospitality. It was spectacular. "
