"We booked a Golden Forest Room for 2 nights with tickets for 3 days and the Half Board dining from Hotels.com rather than Disneyland because it was significantly cheaper and we got Topcashback of 11%. It is a lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere about 15 minutes walk from the Parks. The walk is pleasant - you go through a less busy security area and through the Disney Village. The room is a standard 2 double-bed room with a nice bathroom - nothing outstanding and the theming is subtle. We got breakfast in the Golden Forest room which was good - lots of hot and cold food to choose from. There was an incident the second morning involving the 'Guardian' of the room and a guest but a bit of drama set us up for the day! We also ate in the buffet in the evening both nights because we thought it was good value. It was - the food was really nice with lots of variety except I thought the offerings would be different each night and they weren't. The parks are open late in the summer - the fireworks don't start until 1040pm so even with a late finish, it was nice to be able just to walk back to the hotel - no bus or car park to deal with. I think this is the real bonus of Sequoia Lodge. Disneyland Paris is expensive no matter which accommodation you choose - if you want something reasonable within walking distance, this is a good pick."

"Wonderful overnight stay before moving to disney property. Gorgeous hotel, large and clean room with comfy bed and fantastic pool view! The swimming pools were great, although very cold! Shuttle service tsking uou to Val d'Europe shopping centre. Excellent location for getting to disney. Would stay again. "

"My stay there was amazing and for an excellent (cheap) price as well. They would clean everyday, the staff was nice and friendly, the train station is very close 5 min or less, there is a shopping mall less than 10 min walking also restaurants and grocery shops. Perfect if you are going to Disney. Literally one stop away, we were there in time to open the park. I would go to this hotel again for sure and also recommend it. "

"Excellent location for Disney. Although four star it’s perfectly suitable. It was clean, pretty, had all the amenities we needed. The pool was lovely for the kids and so was the shuttle to Disney. It’s sort of in middle of nowhere so there’s nothing around you so walking would be pointless. Had to take taxi/shuttle anywhere we needed. The room service also closes early so if kids feeling peckish you’re in trouble. Apart from that we loved it. Felt clean, open and modern."

"Fabulous stay at the Residhome Val D’Europe. We booked because I had stayed in Val D’Europe before but the area has grown massively over the last few years and is an even better location now. We had a 6 person suite for 5 of us including 2 pre teen children. Rooms were small and could stand to be a bit bigger but they were only a base for our travels. Kitchenette had kettle, fridge and microwave. All cutlery, dishes and utensils that you would need. The RER station next door is the big convenience. €2.50 one way to either Disneyland or central Paris - amazing value. We had 2 trips to Disneyland, 2 to Disney Village and 3 trips to Paris. Hotel has laundry facilities, bar area, pool table and an outdoor table tennis table. You can get a fantastic buffet style breakfast every morning. Staff were all very pleasant. Would highly recommend. "

"we had a lovely stay at this hotel. we stayed for two nights while we had a disneyland paris trip, the hotel is very conveniently located and we found it very easy to get to disney from here. the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they all made us feel really welcome and although we had no concerns - they made us feel safe to express them if we had any. the room is very clean, the beds are very comfortable especially after a long day on your feet, it comes with coffee facilities which although we didn’t use could be very useful to others. also located near the lift was a water fountain which dispensed normal temperature water and very cold water which was very refreshing. we will definitely be using this hotel from now on for our frequent trips. "

"An outstanding hotel offering the very best family experience, with top class service and amenities. The reception area is beautiful, staff were very attentive and eager to assist guests on arrival. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy & fast access to both Disney parks. Spoilt for choice in terms of dining options. The only negative comment is the price - expensive. Also, room service menu was very limited. "

"‘Just have to use public transport for trips to paris. We have to take uber from train station to hotel and vice versa. It takes about an hour from the closest train station (Val De Europe) to areas of interest in Paris. There is a bus station near the hotel but takes about 20 to 30 min to train station. Overall, great option- better than downtown hotels that maybe too old. Breakfast was awesome- a bit pricey for adults but worth it to start a day of walking. We will consider this hotel on our return trip. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel, the room was really clean, the shower was lovely we were so chuffed that there was a fridge as it was 38 degrees, also a stove and microwave.the rooms were quiet,the hotel provided us with fans. 30 min walk to Disney 5minute walk to the local shopping centre at Val D Europe. We worked out the r & r was a 5 minute walk so did that a couple of times. The staff were really friendly let us store our luggage until departure. A very beautiful hidden gem ."

"Wonderful hotel with great theming. Room was clean and well looked after. Basic as its a 2* hotel, but plenty of room and amenities for just myself. Before travelling I was concerned about temperature as the hotel does not have air conditioning. But I was pleasantly surprised. Air con would have been better, but with me leaving curtains closed in the day, then opening the window in the evening and having the fan on in the evening and at night I slept comfortably despite the heatwave. My room was well located being only about 3mins from the main reception and shop area, but also right on the path to the parks. In total it took just 8minutes to reach the Disney Village and only 18minutes to get to the park entrance. Tickets were included in my booking and it was super easy to add the booking to the Disneyland Paris app so I could get my MagicPass and book restaurants etc."
