"Lovely hotel . Helpful staff"

"Me and my 11 year old had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe. The communication before we arrived and upon check in was easy and straightforward. Our room was lovely and clean, towels, hand wash etc provided. We also had cleaning items for kitchen. A lovely touch was the towel arranged as a squid on the bed! Only thing we didn’t have was tea/coffee making items. Was surprised behind the curtains, which were great black out curtains, was a door leading out to lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and very warm even though it is outside. Areas to sit and sunbathe and never too busy. It was my son’s favourite part of our holiday. The breakfast buffet was attended by some friendly and very helpful staff that kept everything clean and topped up. Only downside was not bacon and sausages that my son really wanted! Otherwise traditional continental breakfast was offered, with a great variety. Hotel was always kept clean and several times shared the lift with a cleaner, either off to do rooms, hallways and even the lifts. So close to the Disney parks. Shuttle bus didn’t run as frequently as I thought, but was only ten minute flat walk on big pathways to the park if not. Surrounding area had lovely shops and restaurants, also close by was the train station that got you into Paris or to Disneyland. All only 10-15 minute walk away. Truly recommend this hotel to stay in. Will be back again if ever we return to Paris. "

"The hotel has a great location right at the airport. Rooms were clean and quiet - a plus for being at the airport. Food was OK, nothing special, but it was very covienent. However the web page and confirmation were very unclear (read nonexistant) about how to find or get to the hotel from the airport. Ie take tram to terminal 3, go outside and walk across the street. We spent waaay too much time trying to find it."

"We were staying at the hotel primarily so we could visit Disney, and the hotel was spot on. Easy to get to, and lots of parking spaces in a secure car park (just remember you need to pay extra for this- 15euros per night.) the room was clean, beds were very comfortable and there was even a small kitchen area with fridge. We were very pleased with it and it was a good space to relax in. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, lots of choice even when busy. Staff throughout the hotel were all very helpful and polite. Restaurant was nice but limited choices, very few vegetarian options for main meals which may be an issue for some. However, the robot cat waiter was a highlight of the trip for my daughter! Pool was great, a really nice bonus to be able to swim during our stay. We used the free shuttle bus to and from Disney which was very easy and convenient, we also used it to get to the train station for a trip into Paris. Overall I was really impressed by the Ki Space hôtel, it was perfect for what we needed and surpassed my expectations. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. They offer a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 mins. Breakfast is included - it’s a great variety of food. The pool is actually off site - in a community centre next door. Beware of the swim attire for men- not the normal swim trucks that North Americans wear. The onsite restaurant- rude staff- especially the lady with short blonde hair. Our experience was rescued by the African lady work there. She was the only Pleasant person to deal with. Food was good!!! "

"I needed to be at the airport early in the morning for my flight, and staying here the night before meant I didn't need to allow an hour the get to the airport and then worry if I will get there in time because of unpredictable traffic. It also allowed me to get familiar with where I needed to go in the morning and how much time to allow."

"Top notch swimming pool and playground at this fun family friendly resort. Yes everyone here is going to Disney but it is really well set up for families. Included buffet breakfast is good and La Vallée Village nearby has lots of dining options. Note parking is extra at €17 per day and best to pay at the reception."

"This property is conveniently located just less than 15 drive from the CDG Airport. We took the free airport shuttle which was comfortable. There are several public transportation options within a two minute walk of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, brand new, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. While it takes an hour to get to the city and Disney, it is worth the stay at this well maintained hotel. I would see it as a peaceful haven after a long day of sightseeing or visiting the parks. "

"We booked a Golden Forest Room for 2 nights with tickets for 3 days and the Half Board dining from Hotels.com rather than Disneyland because it was significantly cheaper and we got Topcashback of 11%. It is a lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere about 15 minutes walk from the Parks. The walk is pleasant - you go through a less busy security area and through the Disney Village. The room is a standard 2 double-bed room with a nice bathroom - nothing outstanding and the theming is subtle. We got breakfast in the Golden Forest room which was good - lots of hot and cold food to choose from. There was an incident the second morning involving the 'Guardian' of the room and a guest but a bit of drama set us up for the day! We also ate in the buffet in the evening both nights because we thought it was good value. It was - the food was really nice with lots of variety except I thought the offerings would be different each night and they weren't. The parks are open late in the summer - the fireworks don't start until 1040pm so even with a late finish, it was nice to be able just to walk back to the hotel - no bus or car park to deal with. I think this is the real bonus of Sequoia Lodge. Disneyland Paris is expensive no matter which accommodation you choose - if you want something reasonable within walking distance, this is a good pick."
