The best thing about this hotel is how easy it was to get from and to CDG. We had pasta at the restaurant Pia, which was not very good but the pizza was okay. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was decent. I would stay there again for the combo of convenience and price.

Room was quite worn down, shower had black mold, water barely came out of the tap. I had to sit slightly sideways to fit on the toilet and I'm not that tall. I get it's more of a budget hotel but some of these things are not okay regardless. Staff was not especially friendly, but did their job I guess. Breakfast was nice and the staff there were very nice.

We tend to use this hotel every time we are in or out of CDG. The FREE CDGVal automated train is excellent and very convenient -5 minutes walk to the hotel. We've always had great experiences here. However, for some reason, thus time we were given a wheelchair accessible room. Thus was VERY well planned for anyone with a wheelchair. Huge bathroom, wheelchair accessible shower, minimal intrusive furniture in the bedroom ( one plastic chair). However, it was a little too "care home " for our liking-and the bathroom was very cold next morning . To be fair though the manager/supervisor on duty took our complaints seriously and offered us our buffet breakfast at no cost as an apology. Excellent customer care. We'll definitely stay here next time as its just so convenient.

This is a highly convenient and well run hotel. We travelled by TGV from Angers, en route to Oslo. Overnight stay at thus hotel. The journey from the train station to the hotel by the CDG VAL free shuttle train was so easy, clean and quick. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the shuttle. Hotel staff friendly and professional. We opted for the "all you can eat" fabulous hot and cold buffet for our evening meal -€24, 50 each in La Terrasse dining room. Efficient welcoming staff. Excellent quality and choices of foods. Our room was clean, smart and very well insulated -you had to concentrate quite hard to hear a plane at all. Excellent buffet breakfast next morning ( I cannot remember how much that cost as I'd paid for our breakfasts when I made our hotel reservation online). Again, attentive staff, superb, extensive choices and all giid quality. Hopped back on the free shuttle to Terminal 2 and onwards to Oslo . We'll definitely use this hotel again.

We had a very disappointing experience. There was a horrible, fetid smell coming from the vents into our tiny room. It was so strong that we had to open the door three separate times just to get some fresh air. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The buffet restaurant downstairs was just as disappointing. The food quality did not match the price at all. Do not order the burgers —chicken avocado.. underwhelming, and poor in quality. Mcdonnals would have been so much better. The good: Room was clean. Location is very handy

I have given a lower rating simply due to the inaccuracy on the Hotels.com website regarding the shuttle. It turns out that this 'shuttle' is not an airport bus shuttle but a train. If you have a lot of luggage, it's impossible to use this. No information was given on the site prior to booking. The taxi at the airport that we had to take at the last minute due to no proper shuttle bus cost us 30 euros as the taxi guy scammed us. The journey was about 4 minutes from the airport to the Hotel. This Hotel needs to be more clear about what the shuttle bus situation is as many people I spoke to had the same issue. Be transparent about it, that's all we ask. The Hotel itself is fine, the room lovely. We didn't eat the breakfast. Big tip for people staying here - just call an Uber. Cost was reasonable for the journey back to the airport.

A large hotel 30 meters from terminal 3. We returned the car to term 1 and took the shuttle train to term 3 and walked to the hotel very convenient. In the term before exiting there was a convenient store with a large selection of junk food, sandwiches, wine and Crispy Creme donuts. Largest room we had in our trip.
