"Overnight stay during a one month long driving trip through France and Spain. We have been travelling for 22 days so far and this was well up with the best accomodation. Not flash or large, but very clean, comfortable and friendly. Would recommend."

"Pretty hotel in the centre of Cognac. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendlyand helpful. Had breakfast the second day and that was good. Nice walking distance to everything. Paid a short visit to the spa area where we had the whole place to ourselves."

"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

"Was disappointed at first as the room was very small, However we were only there to sleep and everything worked despite the cramped conditions. Bed was very comfortable much to our surprise, sheets good. The front desk service won us over. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always polite and efficient. Ended saying it was very good value if just you wanted somewhere sleep."

Wonderful service staff however hotel is quite unconnected with food and beverage operators so between having to dine offsite and disappointing experience when a table became available, I suggest using this hotel only for luxurious bedding."
