"We stayed here 4 days prior to our Disney Cruise. We loved the location as it was right across a mall plent of restarurants and shops. Everyone was friendly ane accommodating. The pool area gets busy on weekends. Loved the refillable water stations. Love that daughter was free for the morning buffet. The only negative was the first day when I tried to withdraw from the ATM and the machne took my credit card and I was not able to retrieve. Manager mentioned this also happened the week before. I hope they replace this ATM asap. Luckily, I had another credit card for the rest of my 10 day vacation. I had to freeze my accounts and redo all my accouts with automatic deduction. It would have been nice if the manager gave me a discount or some type of free breakfast buffet or upgrade for this inconvenience. Overall, happy with hotel."

"A lovely hotel. Great for families and it met all our needs. We arrived earlier than we could check in, but we were able to leave our luggage and explore the local area. The pool area was clean and well maintained and our children loved the table tennis! Breakfast was really good - there was lots of choice and catered for nut allergies and gluten free needs. The rooms are clean and whilst relatively simple, have everything you might need with toiletries and a hairdryer provided and a fridge and safe for use during your stay. The hotel is quite a way out of Barçelona centre but the public transport links are close and easy to use. Uber also available. I would definitely use this hotel again."

"We had a wonderful trip and this hotel was perfect! It was in a great location and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again! It was a little bit tricky getting an uber or taxi to drop off close to the hotel in the evening though, so I wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues."

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean, and stylish and a large bathroom. The hotel is also convenient located near touriat attractions and just a short walk from an Aeroport Bus. We would stay here again when we visit Barcelona again."

"I have only great things to say about this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The roof top pool was amazing, it had spectacular views of the city. I enjoyed that it was not right downtown where all the action was, it just meant transportation was required to get to all the tourist locations. However, there are good restaurants in and the area and local shops including a grocery store. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. "

"The staff at this hotel are so lovely. Giselle (coffee comedienne), Simona and Fatima on the front desk and Pablo (Senor Blanco) in restaurant were particularly warm, helpful, funny and nice people. The room had a super view. Clean. Large enough. Comfortable bed. The pool and solarium had better views and although a little small and crowded, no issues, just don't expect to be properly swimming, it's for relaxing and floating :) I didn't need my goggles... Area is a little rough n ready but not unsafe and easy to walk to busy, tourist areas. Can't wait to return and chat with the hilarious staff. Thank you all!"

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the food and drinks were outstanding at all the restaurants and bars. It was the perfect place to spend our 30th anniversary. We loved that we were close enough to be able to walk into the city or easily grab a cab waiting outside the hotel, but also far enough away from the city that we had a luxurious place to relax when we returned from our excursions. We were very sad to leave and dream of returning again someday! "

"Brand new location, decetly sized rooms. really nice pool area. has a rooftop pool as well. Friendly helpful staff. Unless you are willing to take the train, everything is a pretty expensive uber/taxi from the hotel. Other than that, great stay"

"Really enjoyable stay it Borneto. Staff were great. Rooms are small, but have everything you need with good cupboard space and nice touches like Bluetooth speaker (which actually works) and coffee. The bar and restaurant were good and the library was nice to have an evening drink in. The pool area is so lovely and needed during the summer. I do feel the space could be better utilised. There are only 3 couches next to the pool and 1 table that actually gets sun. Move the pointless mirrorball statue and add another 2 couches to that area. This would allow for more people to enjoy the pool area. The photos make this hotel look a lot bigger than it is. Would however consider staying here again as it’s very central. "

"Bed was huge and very comfortable. The whole place is very clean and well presented. Staff were personable and polite. The pool / terrace area was lovely. My only gripe was the air conditioning- it did work and we were never too hot but it wasn’t very strong."
