"This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas. "

"We stayed in a junior suite, and had a fantastic stay! Stayed for three nights with my husband and three year old son. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Plenty of supermarkets nearby also to stock up on essentials for self catering. Our room was lovely, modern, spotless and equipped with all necessary facilities. The room is equipped with a smart Tv; hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, microwave, complete kitchenware, cooking utensils and kettle.The complementary toiletries and kitchen snacks provided were second to none. The bedding and towels provided were plentiful and of good quality. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. There was even a beach bag euth two beach towels left for us, nice touch! The day before we checked in; I read a couple of reviews which complained that the rooms were completely open plan with no privacy for the shower and toilet. When I expressed concerns about this, Paula actually asked a colleague to send a video of our room so that we could make sure it was suitable before we arrived. The room was absolutely perfect; there is sufficient separation between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and the toilet is within a completely separate area with a door. Every member of staff we came into contact with were warm, welcoming and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Would 100 per cent recommend, and we will definitely choose San Marina apartments again when we return. Thank you!"

"A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "

I found myself scrunching my towel up to my nose for a deep sniff before I used it, don't change your laundry soap! So clean, so close to everything, so thoughtfully equipped, would love to stay here again if we make it back to the Canary Islands. "Hi have to recommend. This place even if is for one night . We stayed for two nights and was enough as we were not prepared for trekking and this is the main attraction to the area. The pros: great spa, the restaurant team good food(make sure you book the half board option) not much around to go for dinner And the views. Ask for room with view The con: I think reception staff could have been trained better. The guy doing the check in was not interested at all, unlike the F&B team who were great and providing a friendly service, this was not the cas EOF reception The hotel rooms need a bit of updating, see photo shower and hairdryer. Pillows not very comfortable But would come back for sure. Had a good time here "

"This is our first choice hotel when staying for a short break in Las Palmas. The reception area is bright, clean and fresh smelling. The reception staff are super friendly. The rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities with complementary tea, coffee and sugar. The location for us is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around but still a quiet and peaceful place to stay. "
