"Staff was very nice and check-in was quick. They let us move into our room extra early. AC was nice and cold, bathroom clean, fridge was cold, nothing was broken. Location was right in front of central market and next to Metro. Overall amazing experience. Would book here again."

"The hotel has everything you need and is super tidy, we enjoyed our stay. Reception ladies are friendly and understanding. The only feedback would be that it would be nice to have more sunbeds by the pool area as it can fill up quickly during busier periods and that it can be quite noisy in the corridors, especially when the cleaners are around. I would advise bringing some ear plugs if you do not want to be disturbed during your sleep."

"Gorgeous property with a stunning mix of old and modern. Amazing location right in the centre of town and we could walk everywhere which we loved. The coffee house (Madness Coffee) right next door did the BEST breakfasts. Lovely choice of tapas/bars/restaurants really close by. Beach and esplanade less than 5 mins walk too. The castle is well worth a visit too!"

"Clara in reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helped us store medication and rang us when our room was ready, even though we were quite early. Room was nice and spacious. Was on a high floor so not much noise. Need was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again and ready commend it. "

"Decent budget choice for short stays. The manager of the location is friendly, the facilities were clean, and the property is located within walking distance of bars cafes restaurants and stores. Also easy to reach the beach by public transport or walking."

"We spent about an hour at the check-in as the info on the reservation was not clear if I booked a room with private bathroom or sharing one. We then decided to accept to stay in one with bathroom on the corridor but the reception young guy arranged for us to move to a much better room with private bathroom. He was very helpful with any of our request. Be aware, no matter which room you get, all are noisy, from outside or even from next door or corridor. Aircon is fantastic, we always loved coming back to a coller relaxing room. It can be too cold at night, ask reception to adjust it for you. Cleanliness is fine. It is not a 5 star hotel but its the most reasonable priced property in central, so you should at least see the good part of this property. It is 5-10 min walk to all good restaurants/bars or to the bus to the airport or train station. The beach is about 15 min walk. I would recommend the San Juan Playa, about 30 min by tram. This beach has clear water, not crowded, there is very good bar with live dj, umbrellas and chairs to rent and toilets. "

"This has to be one of the quietest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Room 406. Spotlessly clean and cosy and comfortable. Perfectly located for everything and a 3 min walk to the bus station for the airport. I had a charming welcome at check in too. "

"Lovely staff who were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Good breakfast buffet and excellent location with great views from the room/terrace. Hotel room was a good size for 3 and was very clean. "

"We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which we felt was a bit pricey. We made use of the rooftop area and used the sun loungers and the pool. Towards the weekend on the Friday and Saturday it was very busy and we didn’t get loungers.!"
