The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after...

What is here is nice, especially the historic area, but there is not that much. The train schedule in/out is challenging. This was a great spot to get a car for a tour to La Manga Del Mar Menor.

"We absolutely loved our stay here, they have such good sporting facilties.- racquets club nearby, football acadamy for the children, golf for all ages. The spa was a lively treat and we loved that children can alao experience the spa between 2.30 - 4.30.
The staff were ALL so friendly and attentive. We would definitely revommend to all family and friends. There isnt too much to do in surrounding areas but the resort itself is amazing with a selection of restaurants. "

"Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. "

Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered.
I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going.
