If people fail to follow the check in instructions they are sent when they book then the owner can’t be held responsible for that.
We pre-registered our details and I contacted the hotel by WhatsApp the day before. We were sent all the required information for self check in and other usual information.
Room was exactly as shown on website.

Very clean and quiet except when other guests start showering prior to leaving in the morning, the water pipes echo through the concrete building. Still, it is very reasonably priced accom and completely contactless

Location is a little secluded but the scenery is stunning and most definitely worth the trip. We had no problems getting there and venturing in and out of the town. "This is a 2 star little hotel just 7 minute walk from Malaga train and bus station and 30 minutes to the centre.
The hotel is basic, (70s style) staff are helpful and friendly and most of all the room was immaculate and a great bathroom, shower and basin.

"Great location. Hotel layout and room were kind of odd. Tiny window overlooking rooftop bar/pool. Bar was nice but pool space was inadequate and over-crowded with the hot weather. Disappointed that we couldn’t utilize the pool. Didn’t spend much time in hotel but the bathroom could use an upgrade- drain backed up and smelled of sewage. Shower was too small to even turn around in! Bed was only moderately comfortable. Employees were all friendly and helpful. "

"I utilize Hampton Inns quite regularly. This was by far the most sophisticated Hampton Inn I have every stayed. The rooms were decoraged in modern contemporary design, the bathroom was amazing. The front desk / lobby staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, and inviting. The front desk gentlemen also helped me with my bags to the room. Our room was lovely - spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and conveniently close to the rooftop pool and bar when we wanted to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
