The hotel is set in its historic reference and gives you a great feel of a bygone area. The kitchen (for both breakfast and dinner) is very much up to date and is also highly recommended. Wooden cabins full of dust and dirt, old mattresses full of dust and never cleaned, lots of ants all over the cabin, couldn't get rid of them. The upper floor is climbed by a very steep ladder, absolutely unsuitable for the safety of children. No beds upstairs, only mattresses on the floor. Stale air. Nevermore."

The local area features to fairly average but well stocked supermarkets and the huge tunnel building project. We found a lovely beach in nearby Kramnitze but recommend bathing shoes as you have to walk over a rocky bit to get to the sand.
There is little else nearby and the distance and time required to visit Møn’s Klint is surprisingly long."

"We found this place by chance and were glad we did. It was lovely! Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. The couch in our bedroom was a bit shabby but we spent our time downstairs visiting with other guest and the manager. "
