"Just great"

"We chose a Deluxe room on the 7th floor and it was huge! The wrap-around view, from the ski jump to the south to the mountains to the north, was incredible. The short walking distance to the bahnhoff made for very easy arrival and departure, and we were a short walking distance to the old town. We looked into MANY other hotels in the area, but this central location and its views made the choice very easy. The staff is excellent! The top floor bar and dining/breakfast area was amazing and provided incredible views. "

"The hotel staff was really lovely and informative. The neighborhood is good. We had a triple room and it was nice - even with 3 beds. The room was super clean. I would stay there again. We did not have the best experience in the restaurant. Nothing terrible - our waiter wasn’t the best. It happens. "

"The front desk staff was very gracious, polite, friendly, and efficient. Both Maria, who I believe is the manager and Kim were wonderful to deal with at check in, This hotel is both beautiful and extremely well located on the edge of the old town… I chose the room rate to include breakfast, which I would highly recommend… I am 55 years old and it is the most beautiful breakfast buffet I have ever had in my life, complete with every choice you can think of, including exotic fruits from around the world… Such as passionfruit and dragon, fruit, and a host of others! Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you so much"

"Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. To top it off the hotel is surrounded by shops and dining options in the pedestrian zone. You can’t go wrong booking here. Excellent value "

"Such a quaint hotel! The restaurant and bar areas are great. The free breakfast is superior!! The location was perfect and was very walkable. The only complaint being our room. We were on the 5th floor and it seemed like we were in the attic. Couldn’t see outside because the window was high. One thing about hotels is I LOVE a good view. This was lacking sadly."

"What a wonderful hotel located in a very pleasing area, Altstadt Innsbruck. The owners have done a fantastic job updating this hotel built in the 1400s. Everything is top-quality from the furnishings to the hardware to the environmental intelligence to the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at Weisses Kreuz twice now, and will stay there every time I visit Innsbruck. "

"Excellent hôtel. Pleasant common backyard around a little pond and fountain; self service drinks (including beer and a couple other spirits, plus non-alco); common terrace over the backyard, simple spa underground with a small infra red cabin (doesn’t work nearly as strong as sauna but serves for chill time at late hours), good smiley staff, parking solution, good location. Comfort and style to date; all great. "

"Super big room and bathroom. Located slightly further from city centre but still walkable. Very convenient to access funicular to top of Innsbruck. Home has a great view of the alps and felt really safe!"

"Gorgeous hotel, it was hot (and smelt like a sauna due to the wooden room :) ) when we arrived at midnight, but it had massive windows to open. Had a junior suite I think, with 2 bedrooms, living area & big bathroom. Only downside would have been a kettle/drinks, but everything else was great, with a lovely breakfast spread"

"There are two good reasons to stay at the Hotel Oberhofer - the incredible view and the equally incredible staff! The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus. Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas. Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here. "

"I added this hotel at the last minute and I was glad I did! Where some hotels you must check in by 6p, Der Reschenhof allowed checking in as late as 11p. Made a huge difference to my plans and the hotel was wonderful! Polite staff, quick check in, great room, free parking, and breakfast was included. Would come back again!"

"When I got there early, the staff who helped me to set up my check in process(12:30) was fine, it was the one who handed me the room key at 15:00 making me feel unwelcome. Sometimes you just know the body language of people even though you don’t understand what they were saying in their language. She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude. "
